Process approach
The structure of our training ensures the level of real skills for successful business. We train our users for ARIS products which include the entire ARIS platform.
Depending on your role in the company, maybe it will be necessary to master several modules from the ARIS platform so that you could improve your competence.
Our trainings are structured in the way that general skills, based on the expectancy of business process excellence, are analysed – from strategy and design to implementation and controlling.
People are the basis of every organization and there is no use of new technologies and knowledge if people are not educated for them. This is why we offer programmes of education and trainings so that at the end of the project the company can independently lead the circle of the process improvement.
We in Mola Mola work constantly on improvement and studying, but we want to share it with our partners and clients because the more we share, the greater the knowledge.
