Business process repository
Mapped business processes, delivered within some of our solutions, are stored in the repository of business processes. Unlike standard graphic illustrations of your processes, here the model in question is the dynamic model. Every change and improvement is considerably facilitated and does not require significant time and resources. The tool we use for modelling and improving business processes (ARIS tools) gives you the possibility to test every improvement through models and to simulate happenings using the repository. In this way, mistakes that can be seen in static models only after the implementation can be avoided. But then considerable costs are present and the employees’ resistance to changes becomes bigger and bigger. By using simulations of changed processes you will soon implement the improvements with minimal probability of setting up inadequate processes.
